This is a large 19th century house in the historic old town of Sant Cugat del Vallès. It stands in an area of green spaces and pedestrian areas that are only 100 metres from the town's Reial Monestir, the historic monastery where most of the festivities are held and which our centre is an active participant in.
The school has more than 500 m2, with large, well lit classrooms. The building also has a charming playground in its interior which has been declared an archaeological site as a fine example of 19th century urban expansion. The playground surface is coated with rubber and provided with toys specifically intended for different children's age groups (bikes, cars, slides, balls, tricycles, play houses, hammocks, etc.), and has all the resources that children need to have fun and use their imagination in the open air. All our facilities have the latest designs in material, furniture and protection to enable children to develop, play, grow and learn in a safe, comfortable environment.
The school has an urban vegetable patch where we grow a range of fruit and vegetables, and where children learn to respect, look after and take responsibility for themselves and others. We also have pets that are very popular among the children, our rabbits from the farm, Nena and Nina, and their friends, the school fish.
